I have been working in the ESL industry for 3 years. During my career with ABC360 and 51Talk, I was able to help students of any age learn the English language and improve their speaking skills by patiently guiding them appreciate the language itself, and gradually leading them learn better and more effective ways to communicate. Apart from my office experience, I also served as a Private English Tutor and speech coach to some students of my own nationality back when I was in college. Given my expertise, experiences and educational background, I believe that I would be able to efficiently help more students learn the English Language.

Hello! I hope you are doing fine. My name is Lia, and I'll be your friendly and funny English teacher! I am looking forward to getting to know you and guiding you through successful communication skills. First, allow me to share a little about myself.

Teaching is my life's passion, and I have been teaching English to students of all ages for 3 years, and have been coaching public speaking for almost 4 years. My years of experience as a teacher have helped me form a teaching philosophy that guides how I help my students succeed in learning the language and beyond. I truly believe that my students' success begins with making them comfortable, so I always make sure to let my students express themselves without fear of being corrected. Also, I encourage them to share their questions and opinions in an unbiased and open environment.
